Busy mornings don’t mean you have to skip a healthy, delicious breakfast! Here is my go-to 2-minute high-protein cereal cup that keeps me full for hours. 🏃‍♀️✨

​Quick Recipe:

​Pour 0% skim milk (or your favorite plant milk) into a glass or bowl (clear glass like mine is better so you can appreciate the look 😍)

​Top with Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps cereal (keto-friendly & high protein—snagged this at Costco!).

​Drizzle with peanut butter (or almond / mixed nut butter).

​Add a handful of chopped walnuts for that extra crunch & healthy fats. (sometimes I add raisins, chia seeds for added protein too, so choice is yours)

​Finish with fresh berries (blueberries and raspberries are my favorite combination!).

​Super quick, packed with fuel, and so satisfying. Save this for your next busy morning! 📌

On the other... sending off some dear friends moving from BC to Ontario with a highly relatable, playful warning about the eastern summer humidity! ☀️✈️
