Bikram Yoga is a style of hot yoga that consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to about 40°C (105°F) with high humidity. Our classes last 60 minutes and follows the same sequence every time.
The heat helps warm up your muscles, increase flexibility, and create an intense sweat. The class is designed to improve:
* Flexibility and mobility
* Balance and coordination
* Strength and endurance
* Focus and mental resilience
* Overall body awareness
Because the sequence is always the same, it’s easy to track your progress over time and suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
What to expect: Bring plenty of water, wear lightweight clothing, and be prepared to sweat a lot. The goal isn’t to do every pose perfectly—it’s to listen to your body and improve gradually with each class. 🧘♀️🔥💧
