I brought Crystal in last week for a reinforcement because her hair was so damaged when she first showed up for her treatment a few weeks ago. Since then-

Well, allow me give you a visual of the week she just had: unexpectedly became a Grandmother (congratulations 🩷) 10 days early. Thriving on no sleep. No time to wash or style her hair. Has gone a week without washing it for the first time, ever! And let me tell you, when she showed up, she looked like a million bucks. Two of the things she told her husband to back her were a brush and a baseball cap, and she was pleased to tell me that all she needed was the brush!

She through a few curls in, wore them for a few days, then came to see me for a wash. We dried her hair in under 6 minutes, and it looked as if we flat ironed it. She could have left without styling it at all, but we styled it anyway! In and out in 25 minutes with hair she thought she was incapable of having.
