As i welcome back my four Legged friends to The Doghouse, i would like to update my policies starting 2023:

- Prices have increased with the new year. Dogs will be charged according to weight and coat conditions as well. These price changes will be posted in office upon drop off. Rough quotes are still available while booking but are subject to change. Please know that you will be informed of any and all additional service charges before pick up.

-There is a 24 hour cancelation notice required, Please note a cancelation fee will be applied if no notice is given. It is a spot potentially available for someone else to fill.

- Starting this year I do offer half day drop offs for a fee, inquiries welcome.

- Respect the drop off and pick up times, as interruptions do take away from my time on your dog. Trust me when i say your doggies are always in good hands with me! I understand some clients may run over on their booked in time. Please understand, i work as fast as a dog and my equipment allow me to. Tempers, coat conditions and styles do add more time onto clients, I will always update you on any additional time needed.

*Upon drop off please allow your pets to use the bathroom before entering The Doghouse!*

- Matted coats will be shaved down, even if requested otherwise. It is for the comfort and health of the animal and the timely manner I offer. If you wish to keep a longer coats please feel free to inquire with me on how to properly brush your dogs coat and to book regular grooming appointments!
