I have some news to share❤️

I will be closing up my salon at the end of this calendar year.
Please know that it has been a very tough decision to make.

20 years in the business and 12 years in my home feels like a lifetime. I have waxed, lazered, designed and painted just about every part head to toe.
More than anything I will miss the connections I have made.

We’ve laughed and cried through marriages, divorces, deaths and even a few affairs..

I’d like to say Covid isn’t to blame but I have realized that my body just can’t do the 12 hour days for the next 20 years and I need a little more security than I’ve had over the last couple years.

It’s terrifying to leave all I’ve known and take the leap but I believe it is time.
From the very bottom of my heart, I am so thankful for you giving me your time and the gift of loving almost every day I get to work.

First up! A truly Fabulous THANK YOU while I try to catch up on appointments.

I wanted to also give a heads up that I am booking 5-6 weeks out for appointments right now. I know it’s frustrating when you’ve always come every 4-5 weeks and your usual time a lot is taken and I am truly sorry! You all know how I hate to not be able to show you all the love you deserve!

A few have started booking several appointments in advance and that ensures you have the time you need.

I am booked up for before school appointments but there is a waiting list if you’d like to be added.

We are back in the swing of things and more is coming!!!

There are only a handful of appointments left before the kids and my fabulous teacher clients are back to school which is insane to think!!!

I am sure going forward in September, things will start to balance out.

I am loving that many are pre-booking their next appointments however there is a delay if you are a regular 4/6 week appointment as some are just coming for their first appointment so I am so thankful for all of your patience!

I am working one less day a week so my days going forward are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday’s.

I truly hate that I can’t get everyone in right away. I have a list and will start with those who were pre booked and cancelled way back in April then those who messaged to be added to the list. I know it’s going to take a while and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate your patience.

Your bribery messages make me laugh hard! It’s been 3 months and I just can’t fit everyone in next week.

Things are starting to open up and doesn’t it feel amazing??

I’ve received lots of messages about opening and booking appointments and I am feeling all the LOVE!!

As of now, Ford has salons in stage 2 which is 21 days after stage 1. That has the earliest I can open as July 2.
If I’ve learned anything this year, is things can change with a drop of a hat so I am holding off on booking until I get the definite ok to do so.
I do NOT want to have to cancel anyone ever!!❤️❤️

I know everyone is going to be so eager to get back in and I am so eager to see all of you!! I do have a list and I’m not going to lie..it’s not small.
I have everyone who was pre-booked from way back in April followed by those who reached out to be added to the list.
I do Promise to do my very best to get you all in as soon as I can! I know it’s been a frustrating year and I cannot wait for us to get back to normal.

Despite today’s blegh weather..today was a good day!!
I was asked by a rather fabulous friend if I could be interviewed by her kindergarten class on being People in the community!!
