Pesto Pasta Salad .
Seed based pesto, kale, carrots, pasta, herbs. No reheat needed, just fork and a teeth. Actually you could probably just swallow it without teeth, just be sensible and have a glass of water nearby in case you overshoot your workload.

What the hell is yuba? Hey hey hey watch the language this is a family restaurant. Yuba is soy, it's made during the production of soy milk. I marinate it, then cook it with carrots and onions for some crunch, and our delicious adobo BBQ sauce. Slammed together with some roasted sweet potatoes, kale, cabbage & carrot slaw, and chipotle lime aioli....ok you can say it. Helllll yeah.

From the stairwell to the bar, or deep in the peony palace, it's been really cool doing some small weddings this season.
It's a lot of work with a lot of heart. We tailor the menu to your vibe, your faves and avoid all your aversions. We make sure the details are ironed out before you notice the wrinkles. The crew assembles on your day and brings it home.

Wait only four meals? You bet. Moms tired. I'm trying to keep up but it's a lot. Probably gonna switch to a four meal weekly menu, and have some add ones here and there. I appreciate all the support y'all have been throwing our way!

Our schedule is starting to come back to normal and have a groove. Thanks to all you machemaniacs for your patience while we get sorted, we are a small team doing as much as we can.

Roasted Tofu Pad Thai (nut free!) with Daikon Carrot, onion, and our seed based sauce on vermicelli.
