The Christmas Mailbox is here!! 📮🎅🏼

Get your letters to Santa Claus using our Christmas Mailbox at The Shops. The mailbox is now out and located just inside the main mall entrance doors and will be there until November 30th. This year, our mall elves will ensure your letters get to and from the North Pole. However, Santa’s response letters will ONLY be AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP at our upcoming Christmas at The Shops event, happening on Saturday December 6th between 10:00am-3:00pm. All response letters will be ready for pick-up with our staff located beside Santa, during Christmas at The Shops. 🎄

Our Market Vendor Applications for Christmas at The Shops 2025 open in just 2 DAYS! 🎁 If you’re a maker, creator, or small shop owner, this is your chance to join us.

✨ This holiday season, vendor booth rates now range from $75-$125! So, mark your calendars for Monday August 25th, set those reminders, and get ready to apply!

👉🏻 Once applications are open, you can apply through our website. Applications close at 11:59pm on Friday September 12th, 2025.

The 5th Annual Christmas at The Shops holiday event is on Saturday December 6th 2025 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. What you can expect:

SANTA LETTERS UPDATE 📮🎅🏼❗️

We shared last week that if you dropped your letter to Santa off in our Christmas Mailbox at The Shops, you’d be able to pick up his reply letter at our event yesterday. Well, if you weren’t able to make it, no need to worry, as there’s still time to pick them up. Everyone will now be able to pick up their letters at Strathroy Mini Storage (401 York St, Strathroy). Operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. ☺️

👉🏻 Friendly reminder that the Christmas Mailbox was only out until December 2nd and we’re no longer accepted letters. As always, if you have any questions, please let us know.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING LETTERS TO SANTA CLAUS 📮🎅🏼❗️

The Christmas Mailbox at The Shops has now been taken down and the deadline to drop off your letter to Santa Claus has now passed. Due to the Canada Post strike, we have done our personal best to ensure that all letters made their way to Santa himself. If you dropped off a letter in OUR Christmas Mailbox at The Shops, be sure to come to our annual holiday event (Christmas at The Shops) this Saturday December 7th, as Santa is bringing his reply letters with him!! 😃 The event is from 10:00am to 4:00pm and you’ll be able to pick-up your letter where Santa is setup and taking photos with everyone. 📸🎅🏼
