𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
As a Shop Tire Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing tires on a wide range of vehicles—from passenger vehicles and light trucks to commercial and agricultural equipment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safe on the road.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
✔️ Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
✔️ Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
✔️ Assist with seasonal tire changeovers
✔️ Operate shop equipment (tire machines, balancers, air tools)
✔️ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
✔️ Follow safety procedures and company standards
✔️ Support team members during busy periods
✔️ Complete work orders and service documentation

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
✔️ Tire technician experience is an asset (willing to train the right person)
✔️ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✔️ Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, repetitive work)
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and a team player
✔️ Valid driver’s license preferred

You’ll be a mobile technician traveling to customer locations to inspect, repair, and replace commercial, agricultural, and industrial tires. You’re the face of our business in the field, providing fast, professional, and safety-focused service.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
✔️ Emergency roadside service (including after-hours calls)
✔️ Inspect, repair, and replace heavy-duty tires
✔️ Operate a service truck + truck-mounted crane
✔️ Perform on-site fleet checks & maintenance
✔️ Complete work orders and documentation
✔️ Deliver excellent customer service
✔️ Taking on a Leadership roll for the in-shop technicians

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
✔️ Service truck & crane experience (preferred)
✔️ Commercial tire experience (asset)
✔️ Valid Class 5 license (clean abstract)
✔️ Strong mechanical skills
✔️ Able to work independently
✔️ Physically fit (lifting 50+ lbs, all weather)
✔️ Positive attitude & safety-focused
