Kait is the author of Unbreakable, born from her personal journey and commitment to helping others find strength within their own stories. Her message reminds us that while our experiences shape us, they do not have to limit us.

Violence against women is far more common in our communities than most Canadians understand:

You can help women in your community by donating to the Shoppers Foundation for Women’s HealthTM Giving Shelter campaign in-store via round-up. Every dollar raised helps local shelters support women finding safety and the resources to escape domestic violence.

💜 From September 12 – October 9, all Shoppers Drug Mart stores will be fundraising to support over 300 local women’s shelters and programs across the country.
