Raw cashews + a little coconut oil + a pinch of salt in my mini prep Cuisinart food processor (that was a wedding gift) and is basically an antique at this point. 😆
A few minutes later: fresh cashew butter for my honey crisp apple slices.
Simple.
Delicious.
And way less expensive than the grocery store version.
