The longer I am on this autism journey with my son, the more I am convinced whole natural foods especially dairy are needed for optimal health. Unfortunately I listened to the lies about fat in foods. In full fat dairy there are so many essential fatty acids that are beneficial for all of us especially for brain health. Food for thought. 🥛
