We had to close both greenhouses today. Temperatures are amplified in a greenhouse and for the safety of staff and customers sometimes it is necessary to close for the day. If you are going to shop tomorrow come early we will have the doors open at 8:30 there is a good chance we will have to close at 2:00.

Someone just asked about our hours. At the lumsden location the hours are Mon.- Friday 9:30-5:00. Sat and Sunday 9:30-4:30

Over the next few days I suggest if you shop any greenhouse do it early. Temperatures in a greenhouse are magnified. If it get to hot we have to shut it down.

Hello gardeners, it finally feels like spring might be here. I have a minute and wanted to jump on here to remind you, as we finally head into the season. We are open from 10-5 Tuesday through Friday and 10-4 Saturday and Sunday. We are closed in Strasbourg on Mondays. On Monday while I was working on a couple of real estate listings and our books, I had four people knock on the door to see if we were open. I am sorry I could not help you. Mondays when we are closed; there is no till or handheld in the greenhouse, and even if I am here…, I guarantee you I am working on something. So I will try to remind you as we move through the season. Looks like the cold nights are almost behind us so HapPy Planting everyone.
