First Choice Overhead Doors

Installed wood doors for the builder in 2015 - The mouldings were falling off the wood doors, so today we replaced the wood doors with 2 - 9x10 Garaga Eastman E11 black/black. They now have good quality doors. I still get requests from the same builder to install these low quality wood doors, but now refuse. I believe in doing things right the first time. Excuse the snow flakes, it is that time of year.

We installed this nice looking Commercial Garaga door with grey frosted thermal pane windows. There was 29" of high lift and a Liftmaster Commercial shaft drive opener as well. The customer treated us to homemade hamburger soup and ciabatta buns... a rare, but much appreciated offering.

All Glass. Customer wanted to be able to sit inside the heated addition with little obstructed view of the pool. We installed this G4400 total model with clear tempered thermal pane low e argon gas glass to create his wish. The door travels completely up the wall so that it is tidy in the social area as well as providing a large opening in warmer temperatures. We completed the install with a convenient shaft drive opener.

Evergreen. Only the 2nd time that I have installed this evergreen coloured garage door. Looks good with this colour of brick. Outlined with white capping... pretty sharp. Install a Liftmaster belt drive opener as well. Everyone is happy.

Installed our 1st IRON ORE coloured doors today... Love this new colour. Full day doing this job. Removed 2 existing doors & 2 existing openers - installed these 2 new doors - 2 new Liftmaster belt drive openers - new aluminum capping in IRON ORE to match the door colour. Took us 4 hours just to do the capping with the clipped corners. End result was very satisfying.

Today's job is the first of 2 in the same adult lifestyle community. Tomorrow we will complete the 2nd job. We have had the opportunity to do numerous jobs in this same community over the years.... must be doing something that people like.

This customer wanted to replace his old manually operated door. We installed a new Garaga standard plus Vog with frosted thermal pane windows. Installed a New Liftmaster belt drive opener. Because it was a vaulted garage (no other access) we installed an emergency key release and keypad. I decided to paint both of these items black so that they looked good with the black door and blended in.... Exceptional.

These may have been my happiest customers in my 20 year career.
