I have always said recreation is the heart of a community. Perron Park has had some beautiful upgrades this year with shelters, play structure, lending booths and landscaping. That's great in summer...... but what about winter????
Well enjoy your small outdoor leisure skating rink!!!!!

This is a first from our amazing Ritchot Recreation and what a great job done.

Please remember a few things though:
1. Wear a helmet
2. Be respectful to the neighbour's
3. Be respectful to each other
4. Please no hockey...just enjoy some skating

I know there has been alot of talk and speculation about Main St in our town.

I have not posted about this project until confirmation was recieved..which I am happy to say has happened.

Within the next few weeks, the Province of Manitoba will be starting a mill and fill (remove certain amount of concrete and replace) of Main St and repair/fix some drainage issues. This project will hopefully take a few weeks to complete.

I am asking for everyone to please exercise caution and patience as this will be a disruption of traffic flows on Main St.

This is a project that is greatly welcomed and although their will be disruption the outcome will be great!!!
