Some combination of a job site with no cell service, and 2 little boys I’ve mostly checked of social media this winter 🫣. Just wrapped up significant work on Stl’lhalem Sintl’ (Diamond Head Climb trail) between the Half Nelson crossing and Cakewalk rd and a rebuild of Sweet Judy. A fun collab with and !Not tons of riding this winter but stoked to get back on the trails! 2026 is going to be a huge year for the Squamish network. So much building! Looking forward to get back guiding and coaching with everyone!

Ride BC staff day with 😎🤘🏼👍🏼. Oddly not on bikes but at least I had my bike helmet on 😅. 20 k alpine traverse with perfect conditions 🙏

This build has been a battle so far, a thoroughly enjoyable one 👍🏼. Stoked to get through this crux and the worst of the talus. Definitely pushing the technical building with the Kubota. Usually when you’re benching with a machine the trail ends up loosing its natural feel. Happy to say that’s not the case here :). Thanks for crushing it on this bridge🤘🏼. We put in some temporary supports for the crossing but, more for peace of mind than anything 😌

Great to be out digging again. Happy with how this new exit for Angry M came together for and the debris barrier proponents. Better visibility, flows nicely and brings riders to a slower and safe merge with the busy road 👍🏼

Trail building of a different sort 👍🏼. Honza and I have been piecing together this nature trail for the since early Feb. 100 odd steps and 2 bridges so far, with a fair few left to go 😊. Stoked with everything so far!

Trail building has its artistic elements and mtb photography absolutely does as well. Was very stoked to see this shot by of on the Donut. Captures the scale and shape of that granite face in way I haven’t seen! Thanks guys!

Hanging out in the woods by yourself all day brings out all sorts of emotions. This build in particular. .reid put the flags down for it last spring. One of the last lines he flagged and I’m honoured to spot them as I make my way down. I’m sure he was thinking of Mikayla as he walked through the woods here as well. Lots to reflect on in here. Certainly doing my best to make them both proud 👍🏼

Stoked to kick off this winter build for ! Blue / green descent with some optional features is the plan. Should be brakeless… a few pedalling spots. Del Boca Vista meets Jack’s trail kinda vibes :). Duff is crazy thick in here but the dirt is primo 😎. Expect to be riding this by spring 2023.
