As a proud supporter of Sport Central, CPP was honored to contribute to both their newly acquired facility and several of their existing locations. Over the years, we have supported this outstanding nonprofit organization through staff-led sports equipment drives, as well as donated construction and maintenance services, helping them continue their mission of connecting kids with sports opportunities.

The new facility features the largest bike repair shop in the region, where hundreds of bicycles are refurbished and distributed to children each season. It also includes dedicated Elks and Oilers fitting rooms, ensuring young athletes across Alberta have access to properly fitted equipment for a wide range of sports.

In addition to serving local communities, Sport Central collaborates with partners on initiatives that redistribute surplus sports equipment to communities around the world. CPP is proud to play a small part in supporting an organization that makes such a meaningful impact on the lives of young people through sport.

Behind the scenes, this major rehabilitation renewed essential infrastructure—some dating back to 1967—helping ensure the park can serve the community for generations to come.

From upgraded electrical systems and expanded LED lighting to improved facilities for festivals, events, and everyday use, every detail was designed with the future in mind.

A big part of this transformation included collaboration with EPCOR Utilities and Cdn. Power Pac to deliver reliable, future-ready infrastructure across the park.
