Meet Gavin 👋
Every kitchen has the people who keep things moving, and Gavin is one of the ones making it all happen behind the scenes.
As our dishwasher, he’s the reason the team has clean plates, stocked stations, and a kitchen that keeps rolling through even the busiest services.
The kitchen doesn’t run without him, and we’re pretty lucky to have him on the team.

Our Bacon & Eggs has become a Barbacoa favourite for a reason. Smoked deviled eggs, bacon marmalade, grainy mustard aioli, pickled jalapeño, and a touch of maple come together for the perfect balance of smoky, savoury, and sweet.

Two restaurants, two takes on carpaccio.
At Barbacoa, our Wagyu Carpaccio brings together rich, delicate slices of beef with charred corn espuma, pickled corn, cotija ice cream, cilantro oil, tajín poblano dust, and crispy black pepper lavash.
Over at Barbaretta, our beef tenderloin carpaccio takes a different direction with pickled pear, gochujang sesame vinaigrette, scallions, and crispy wonton for a balance of savoury, sweet, and spice.

There's a reason we're proud to pour Quails' Gate.
Family-owned and rooted in the Okanagan for generations, Quails' Gate has built a reputation for producing exceptional wines that reflect the land they come from.
You'll find their Rosé, Chenin Blanc, and Meritage on our wine list, but this winery means a little more to us. One of our own is currently spending the season at Quails' Gate while completing her Master's in Design, making this collaboration feel a little closer to home.
