Two years ago, I got to do the Spartan races with my son.
This year I get to do it with my two daughters and my son. We learned so much about each other two years ago and I canāt wait to share that experience with my daughters.
Because letās be honest, life is not easy. Theyāre going to be lots of challenges and they need to learn how to overcome those challenges without giving up.
What challenge are you going to do? What challenge are you going to teach your kids to overcome?

I spent my 30s making decent money and wondering why it never felt like enough.
Not because I didnāt work hard.
Because the model I was in had a ceiling I couldnāt see until I was already bumping my head on it.
These are the 5 things Iād tell myself at 30. Save this one.
Which one hit hardest? Comment the number below. š

Most dreams never get a chance to fail.
They are abandoned long before that.
Not because people lacked talent.
Not because the opportunity was impossible.
But because fear convinced them not to try.
They talked themselves out of the risk.
They waited for certainty that never came.
They listened to doubt until it sounded like wisdom.
Failure can teach you something.
Doubt usually leaves you with nothing but regret.
Do not let fear make decisions your future has to live with.š„
Love this picture of Camden as it says so much š
His graduating class just voted him āBest Carā and āMost Likely to Be Richā ā and honestly, those plates tell a bigger story than most people will ever know.
Camden has never been the top of his class academically, even though heās more than capable of it. But what heās built outside the classroom is what Iām most proud of.
He started his own landscaping and snow removal business at 14. Added car detailing at 16. And after buying his first car, he taught himself to fix and flip vehicles ā turning a skill most people never develop into something real.
Hereās the part Iāll be honest about: I couldnāt hand him a vehicle. I couldnāt help with gas, insurance, or anything extra ā I was just getting by myself when I started my own journey 3.5 years ago. But Camden was the one who listened. He was the one who started coming to the gym with me. He was the one who watched, learned, and then went and built something with his own two hands.
Iām still hard on him most days, because I know what heās capable of. But every so often I have to reel myself in and just look at how far heās already come.
I used to feel guilty that I didnāt find my own path sooner so I could give him more. But Iāve come to understand that everything Iāve walked through ā and everything Iāve been able to pass on to him ā is exactly what helped shape the young man heās becoming.
Gradās at the end of June. Couldnāt be prouder of you, son. š
You never know where you can get to if you choose to never stop. If you keep choosing to pursue the best version of yourself.

Most men are building a life around comfort.
Kings are building one around calling.
Thereās a difference between existing and being sent.
Built on faith.
Driven by purpose.
Called to serve.
We donāt live for comfort. We live for Godās purpose. We are stewards of what Heās given us. Our faith drives our decisions. Our purpose fuels our discipline. Our service leaves a lasting impact.
This is the standard.
Are you living it? šš

Today I want to wish a happy birthday ššš to my incredible woman Dianne Dupuis!
You never cease to amaze me!
You inspire not only myself to be the best that I can be but everyone else around you with your amazing spirit, your energy that can light up an entire room and your perseverance.
I have not seen someone so dedicated to helping others succeed not only in life but in business and itās been incredible to see. From your energy on your meeting and consistently showing up to help others succeed no matter what is going on in your life.
I know the last year has been challenging and Iām glad that I could be here to support and encourage you through it because all I see is how bright of a future you have and I am so blessed to be a part of it.
My kids have been so lucky to be around you as well and take in that energy especially my girls because they very much have more of your energy than mine.
You are so quick to see the absolute very best in people and itās one of the qualities I love about you the most and itās the reason why you will become everything that you want to be.
I could really go on all day with this and how much you mean to me.
Love you with all of my heart gorgeous! I hope you have the best birthday yet!

IRON SHARPENS IRON.
The strongest men donāt walk alone.
Growth happens when youāre surrounded by men who challenge you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Men who celebrate your wins, call you higher when you fall short, and remind you of the mission when life gets heavy.
Brotherhood isnāt about having people who agree with everything you do. Itās about having people who care enough to tell you the truth, push you toward your potential, and help you become the man you were created to be.
When men unite around purpose, legacy, service, and impact, families become stronger, communities improve, and lives are transformed.
āAs iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.ā ā Proverbs 27:17
Tag a brother who has made you better. š
Ok, this has to be the most humbling squat machine I have done.
Only 50lbs on this pendulum squat and ya, it was the end of the workout but holy s**t did this ever hit. Felt like a sissy squat on steroids.
So grateful for the program I have been on and the range of motion I have in my ankles and knees.
Because what does strength matter if you have no mobility?

Real men arenāt built in comfort zones.
Theyāre built in the grind. In the quiet discipline that nobody sees. In the choices made before sunrise when it wouldāve been easier to stay in bed.
Real Men. Real Results. Real Legacy.
Thatās not a slogan ā itās a standard.
At Kings Kollective, weāre building men who lead with integrity at home, show up with purpose in business, and leave something behind worth remembering.
Fitness. Family. Faith. Finances.
Four pillars. One mission. Brotherhood.
