This Saturday, May 9th, we welcome Robin L Baratta Artist as our featured guest artist of the month. As someone who works in ceramics, I have a fascination with Robin's paint work. It evokes a glaze like appearance. A must see.

We have a new workshop !
Heather Robinson with the Mindful, Creative Practice of Hand Stitching.
Embroidery is an ancient art form that encourages slowness and mindfulness and is both accessible and relatively inexpensive. In this workshop, we will be sewing together felt pieces, embellishing them with embroidery stitches then stuffing them to create lovely stuffed hanging ornaments.

An Olympic torch from the 2010 Vancouver winter games is in the gallery here at gathered for the duration of the Milan Cortina games. It is indeed a work of art, and a wonderful symbol of the spirit of the games. Come by if you're interested in seeing it.
