Next Spalding Rec Board Meeting will be February 16@8pm at the Ditches Den

If you enjoy helping others stay active and healthy, the "Forever in Motion" training program is a great way to make a difference!

This program, organized by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, teaches volunteers how to lead exercise classes for older adults. Plus, Prairie Central Sport, Culture and Recreation has an incentive program that can help pay back the cost of the course and mileage for older adults.

By becoming a leader in this program, you'll help older adults in your community stay fit and feel good. Step up as a community champion and inspire others to lead healthier, more active lives!

The deadline for our Summer Grant Program is just around the corner! Don’t miss your chance to apply—February 1, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
