I’ve been an amateur chef for many years but only in the last couple have I spread my wings to include sourdough creations.
It’s now become a huge passion project for me; I frequently have far too much on the counter for my family, so I’m branching out!
Today is round two of learning baguette techniques. Quite different than other sourdoughs but I’m super excited to see how this batch comes out!
