Before and after photos of a bathroom vanity tap we have installed.

We recently installed this pressure reducing valve also known as PRV. PRV's perform two functions:
1. They automatically reduce the high incoming water pressure from the city mains to provide a lower, more functional pressure for distribution in your home.
2. They regulate my maintaining a set pressure in the home. Insuring that your home piping and appliances operate under a safe, moderate and satisfactory pressure.

We recently removed two 40 gallon hot water tanks and replaced it with one 50 gallon hot water tank. (Before and after photos shown below.)

We recently did a Poly B waterline replacement with an upgraded manifold system and added a recirculation pump.

Fun fact - Before AC the heat influenced vacations. Most schools around the world have long summer vacations, which originally were planned as a break due to high temperatures that made learning and staying in classrooms more uncomfortable.
