Dan will also showcase his incredible collection of gold nuggets, rare coins, silver, quartz, and platinum.

for thousands of years. Cannabis, another name for h**p, has also been
used for thousands of years, for medical and recreational purposes.
Since cannabis has become legal in Canada we would like to make this
section an educational opportunity. Please come out and see what we've
done. We would appreciate all constructive criticism or advice for
future fairs."

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Gord Phillips on Thursday.

Gord was a familiar face in our community and shared his love of music generously for many years. Whether performing at the Sooke Fall Fair or other community events, he brought people together through music and friendship.

Gord will be deeply missed by many.

On behalf of the Sooke Fall Fair Committee, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Darcy, their family, and all who knew and loved him.
