Nourishing mind, soul, and body this week! It’s been a very busy market summer for us and we needed to come up for air!
Spent a few days at a local Provincial campground… foggy, cold, noisy and, well, it would have been better to stay home!
We had no idea that modern camping means noisy generators running and just NOISE all the time! Did not enjoy at all! Next time we head up the logging roads for some true solitude and nourishing sounds of nature. Have to give the Trillium a suspension lift first! ☺️

Dilemma… almost empty woodshed!
Blockage in my ilium due to Crohn’s flare has slowed me down! Now it’s into the rains 🌦️🌧️
Difficult to juggle everything when operating at 1/4 strength and ability to stay upright.
Onwards… drop by today 10-2 and say hi! Maybe even buy a tisane or two! ☺️❤️✨
