We’re delighted to share that, following an enthusiastic response from our visitors, 'Jamie Gentry: Blossoming' has been extended 🌸

Now on view through August 10, 2026, this solo exhibition curated by Aliya Boubard celebrates the work of Kwakwaka’wakw artist Jamie Gentry. Featuring a remarkable series of fully handmade moccasins adorned with intricate, lifelike floral beadwork, the exhibition reflects a deep connection to the natural world and a practice grounded in care, precision, and intention.

'Blossoming' marks a meaningful moment in the artist’s journey. After years of creating custom pieces for others, these works are made for herself, expressing personal growth, joy, and creative freedom. A selection of photographs also offers insight into her broader practice and the paths these works take beyond the studio.
