Behold! The mother of all mulleins 😁

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) leaves have a muciloginous quality and are often used as a relaxant expectorant. As a relaxant, mullein relieves tension and spasm in the smooth muscles of our respiratory system. Thus, helping to clear airways. As an expectorant, mullein strenthens our cilia. This, in turn, aids expectoration of mucus by supporting a productive cough.
