Hold up, folks! 🙅‍♂️ So, it's no shocker that Delhi is turning into Norfolk's go-to spot for TFW's (aka temporary foreign workers, for those who didn't know 🤷‍♂️). On paper, it sounds like a win-win, but when it boots out local employees, not so much 😒.
