11 months difference in these photos. No massive lifestyle changes, just healing my body from autoimmune illness and my relationship with her.

What I notice most in this photo is My face. My spark was struggling and I have a big brave face on to try to act like I was fine, but I was struggling.. For basically all of 2025, actually. Going from frail and weak, to puffy and swollen to finally coming back home to myself.

I worked so hard on healing myself that while I'm not where I once was, that's okay. I'm not going backwards. Only moving forward with this new relationship and love for my body and all she has gone through. Only up from here!

If you are struggling with your body or an illness, please know it can get better and one day, maybe you won't question everything she does and love who you see in the mirror. Keep going 💜

Even though this is my business, this is very much a family run business.

If you don't know already, I have two littles who have the biggest hearts. They absolutely love helping me with my business. From asking for me to practice new modalities on them, to begging to come help set up events with and asking how my sessions go when they get home from school.

My son heard me telling my husband I wanted a rustic simple business card holder and he jumped to it and built me this by himself this weekend! (While being supervised)

I couldn't be more proud!
