The Simcoe Seals 🦭 wrapped up the season with a fun swim! Here are some highlights.

We’d like to showcase this remarkable individual who has dedicated two decades of her life to the Special Olympics—Kim Deelen. Kim began her journey with us as a devoted volunteer for the Track Team at Sprucedale, where her passion for supporting athletes shone brightly. She later embraced a new role as a council coordinator, showcasing her leadership and commitment to our mission.

After taking a brief hiatus, Kim returned with renewed vigor, stepping back into our community as a coach with the Simcoe Seals. Her unwavering dedication and enthusiasm have made a profound impact on our team, and we are thrilled to have her back among us.

Today, we honor Kim for her incredible 20 years of service as a volunteer. Her contributions have not only enriched the lives of our athletes but have also inspired those around her. Thank you, Kim, for your steadfast commitment and for being such an invaluable asset to our team!
