Achieve Movement Health Clinic
AMHC is a modernized health clinic. It was created to help people get out of pain and back to the activities they love to do.
Here’s how to know your tendon pain needs more than rest.
Our patients tell us they’ve already tried taking time off.
A week.
A month.
Sometimes longer.
And every time they go back to playing with their kids…
The pain comes right back.
That’s because most tendon pain isn’t caused by doing too much.
It’s caused by the tendon no longer having the capacity to handle what you’re asking it to do.
Think about it.
Your kids don’t stop growing.
They don’t stop asking you to play outside.
They don’t stop asking you to kick a soccer ball.
But your tendon gets weaker every week you spend avoiding those activities.
Then one day you try to jump back in where you left off…
And your body reminds you it isn’t ready.
Our patients tell us the hardest part isn’t the pain.
It’s cutting the game short.
It’s sitting down while everyone else keeps playing.
It’s knowing your kids want more time with you, but your body can’t keep up.
At Achieve Movement Health Clinic, we help patients understand that healing isn’t about endlessly resting.
It’s about gradually building the strength and capacity your tendon needs so it can handle real life again.
Because your goal isn’t to survive a day without pain.
Your goal is to play with your kids without wondering how much you’ll pay for it tomorrow.

An MRI isn’t always the first step to feeling better.
In fact, many people start making progress long before they ever get imaging.
Our patients tell us they think an MRI will finally give them the answer.
Then the report comes back:
“Bulging disc.”
“Degeneration.”
“Arthritis.”
And suddenly they’re convinced their body is broken.
Here’s the problem…
Many of those findings show up in people who have zero pain at all.
Research has shown that plenty of healthy, active adults walk around every day with disc bulges, arthritis, and other “abnormalities” on imaging.
Yet they feel completely fine.
Which means the MRI doesn’t always explain your symptoms.
We’ve seen patients with terrible-looking MRIs who are back to lifting, running, and golfing.
We’ve also seen patients with severe pain whose imaging looks relatively normal.
Because pain is more complex than a picture.
In many cases, you don’t need an MRI before starting treatment.
Because an MRI only shows us structure.
It doesn’t show us how you squat.
How you walk.
How you rotate.
How you move through the activities that actually trigger your pain.
That’s why we focus on assessing both structure and function.
We want to know what the image says.
But more importantly, we want to know how your body performs in real life.
Because treating a picture and treating a person are two very different things.
Our patients tell us the biggest relief isn’t finding a scary diagnosis.
It’s learning their body isn’t as damaged as they thought.
When we understand both how your body is built and how it moves, we can identify what’s actually driving your symptoms.
And this is what we call the root cause.
DM us MRI if you’ve been told your imaging explains everything and want to know whether those findings actually match your symptoms.

The worst thing you can do for low back pain is stop moving.
Our patients tell us they’ve been told to rest, avoid exercise, and wait for the pain to calm down.
The problem?
Every time they try to get active again, the pain comes right back.
So they start worrying before every workout.
They stop trusting their body.
They stop signing up for sports.
They stop going to the gym.
And before long, they start feeling older than they are.
Because the real fear isn’t low back pain.
It’s losing the athlete they’ve always been.
At Achieve Movement Health Clinic, our patients tell us they don’t want to spend the next 10 years wondering which workout will flare things up.
They want to stay healthy, active, and present for their family.
That’s why we look beyond the pain and uncover why it keeps coming back in the first place.
If you’re tired of being told to stop moving and want a plan that helps you stay active

One of our patients told us, ‘I finally felt like someone was actually doing rehab WITH me instead of sending me home to figure it out alone.’
Our patients tell us that was the difference immediately.
Not being left alone with a sheet of exercises.
Not wondering if they were doing it right.
Not being passed between 3 different people during the same visit.
They wanted guidance.
They wanted coaching.
They wanted someone paying attention to how their body actually moved.
Most people don’t need more random exercises.
They need someone in the room helping them understand WHY their pain keeps coming back and what to do about it.
That’s why at our clinic, rehab is done WITH you.
1:1.
Guided.
Adjusted in real time based on what your body is telling us.
Because handing someone a paper and hoping for the best isn’t a plan.
Finding the root cause and coaching someone all the way through it is.
Send us a DM with the word “HELP” if you’re tired of trying to figure this out on your own.

This is the best way to keep shoulder pain from stealing moments with your kids.
Our patients tell us shoulder pain isn’t just annoying in the gym.
It’s the hesitation before reaching overhead.
The skipped workouts.
The fear that one day they won’t even be able to throw a ball with their kids anymore.
And for a lot of people, that fear hits hard.
Because they never know which workout will flare things up next.
At Achieve Movement Health Clinic, we look deeper than the shoulder itself.
We find the reason your body keeps compensating, overloading, and not being there for you when you need it.
DM us if you’re tired of wondering whether your shoulder can handle the next workout… or the next moment with your kids.

REMINDER:
Progress doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes progress is:
• needing less pain medication
• getting through a work day easier
• walking upstairs without thinking about it
• getting back into the gym after months away
• feeling more confident in your body again
• showing up even when motivation is low
Healing isn’t linear.
Strength isn’t built overnight.
And setbacks do not erase the progress you’ve already made.
Keep going.
The small wins you’re overlooking today are often the foundation for the big transformation later.
At Achieve Movement Health Clinic, we focus on helping you build lasting progress — not quick temporary fixes.
One step at a time. One session at a time. One win at a time.
“I almost stopped going to the gym because of my shoulder.”
Our patients tell us shoulder pain doesn’t just hurt during workouts.
It follows them home.
Because the gym isn’t just about lifting overhead.
It’s their stress relief.
Their routine.
The one place they still feel like themselves after a long day.
And when shoulder pain starts taking exercises away…
A lot of people start wondering:
“If I can’t train… what happens to everything else?”
We see so many active adults wait until they can’t press overhead anymore.
Then it turns into avoiding workouts altogether.
Then the strength drops.
The energy drops.
The confidence drops with it.
And suddenly the activities they love outside the gym start disappearing too.
Sports.
Weekend leagues.
Playing with their kids.
Feeling capable in their own body.
Our patients tell us the hardest part isn’t the shoulder pain.
It’s feeling like they’re slowly losing the version of themselves that used to feel strong.
At Achieve Movement Health Clinic, we help active adults figure out why the shoulder keeps flaring up before it pulls them completely away from the gym and the life they love.
And this is what we call the root cause.
DM us SHOULDER so you can keep lifting, playing sports, and staying active for years to come.

Shoulder pain shouldn’t mean giving up the workouts you love.
Our patients tell us the most frustrating part isn’t just the pain itself.
It’s the uncertainty.
Not knowing if every press, pull-up, or overhead lift is making things worse.
Wondering if they’ll eventually have to stop training altogether.
Feeling like every appointment before us was the same 15-minute quick fix with no real plan.
At AMHC, we do things differently.
We’re with you every step of the way. Every appointment.
Checking your technique.
Adjusting your form.
Helping you understand what your shoulder actually needs.
And building a plan WITH you, not just FOR you.
Because getting out of pain is one thing.
Having confidence in your body again is the real goal.
No cookie-cutter exercises.
No being passed off to an aide.
No guessing your way through recovery.
Just a customized plan designed around getting you back to lifting, training, and moving without fear.
DM us the word “SHOULDER” if you’re tired of temporary fixes and ready for a long-term solution.

Most people don’t quit the gym because they’re lazy… they quit because no one ever fixed the real problem.
Our patients tell us the hardest part isn’t the pain itself.
It’s the cycle:
Work out → flare up → rest → start over → repeat.
They’ve tried “everything”
Given the same sheet of exercises as everyone else.
They’ve tried things that provide Quick relief, but the pain always comes back.
They’ve been told:
“Stop lifting.”
“Running is bad for your knees.”
“CrossFit is too hard on your body.”
But the truth is this:
Most people are chasing symptoms instead of solving the root cause.
At AMHC we do things differently.
We don’t just look at where it hurts.
We look at why your body keeps breaking down in the first place.
Your movement.
Your training goals.
Your lifestyle.
Your sport.
Your strengths and limitations.
Because the plan for a runner should not look the same as the plan for someone trying to lift something over their head.
And someone trying to deadlift again shouldn’t be treated like someone just getting out of surgery.
That’s why our patients stay in the gym long term.
Not because they avoid hard things…
Not because they keep resting….
But because they finally have a plan built specifically for them.
And this is what we call the root cause.
DM us the word “STRONG” if you’re tired of temporary fixes and want a long-term plan built around your goals.
