Today was a record for me! Most loaves my 3 ovens have ever baked in one day. We have 90 OD loaves hitting the shed tomorrow and lots and lots of the best chocolate chip cookies :)

Last call for the 2025 apple season. We will be open Tuesday October 28th as well as Wednesday October 29th making tomorrow our last day at the barn. Come and get them friends. Open from 9 to 4ish. Have a great day. 🍎

Make sure you go out to The Bread Shed on Wednesday, October 29th and get your hands on some of her delicious sourdough bread. All proceeds from her bread will be going to the Matt O'Donnell Memorial Fund. ❤️

It’s hard to believe it’s already been half a year since this little dream rose to life. To celebrate six months of sourdough, community, and kindness, all proceeds from Wednesday’s bread sales will be donated to the Matt O’Donnell Memorial Fund.

This local fund continues Matt’s legacy of compassion and generosity by supporting causes close to his heart.

Thank you for helping me celebrate this milestone in a way that gives back, because when kindness rises, we all do.

Hi friends! If you missed coming to see us over the weekend, we will still be around for the next few days until the apples run out. Spread the news... WE'RE STILL OPEN! You will likely have until the end of this week to make a few more trips out to the barn before we are officially closed for the season.

We have a good line up of apples available to finish this harvest season up. Evercrisp, Ludacrisp, Ambrosia, Crimson Crisp, Empire, Gala, Hidden Rose and a few new varieties are all available. We will also have Keepsake and Kalei later this week.

Good morning friends! We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. We have approximately one more week to go for the 2025 harvest season.

With that being said, we still have some of the best varieties available at the barn including Ambrosia, Ludacrisp, Aurora Golden Gala, Crimson Crisp, Mutsu, Cortland for baking, Gala, Empire, Spy Gold and Creston. Evercrisp will be making an appearance this weekend as well. You don't want to miss your chance to get your hands on Evercrisp as this variety keeps extremely well.

We will be getting some amazing strawberries from South Coast Fresh this morning and will be getting our last order of Bennett's cider tomorrow.

*For our procrastinator friends* - We will likely (definitely) be open for a few days after this coming weekend, if we still have apples available. Be sure to check in for updates.

Thanksgiving weekend is upon us and we will have a great selection of varieties to choose from. Your favourites for eating fresh, the best for apple crisp and apple pie and some new varieties to try for the first time.

We currently have Ambrosia, Gala, Honeycrisp, Crimson Crisp, Northern Spy, Cortland, Aurora Golden Gala and Empire in the barn now.

We will also have Hidden Rose, Mutsu, Creston, Jonagold as well as a few new varieties this weekend.

South Coast Fresh strawberries will also be available this weekend.

This weekend is always a busy one for us, so some varieties will likely be done for the season by the end of the long weekend.
