When your heart is broken it can seem like you’re the only one walking through it - especially when you spend a lot of time browsing social media! Remember that although Facebook is a great way to connect, rarely will you see the whole story.
One of the problems with comparison is that you might start judging your grief and thinking something is wrong with you, when the truth is, your feelings are normal, natural and valid.
