Today I went to Jubilee Hospital to get a Cardioversion procedure(heart shocked to get it back into regular rhythm). Many thanks to the wonderful compassionate caring staff on the third floor of Junilee Hospital.
Feeling a lot better tomorrow will be the big test when I do a marathon. Kidding.
