Cowboy Drywall

The Clays project exterior PHASE. Strapped walls out in 1×4. Applied 3/8" plywood to strapping. Then Applied 1x4 rough-cut every two feet and around door and windows. Put a rough cut 1x6 on top and bottom of stand up sheets. 60" from ground up Applied light gauge tin around house besides boot room. Boot room is tin right up

This is The Clays interior project from start to finish. Squared and framed ceiling in sag spots. 3rd job where I have have sprayed walls and ceilings(just primed). Installed flooring. Helped homeowner to install there cabinets. Stay tuned for the exterior project that Cowboy Drywall is working on next

I applied sound proof glue to existing drywall then Installed Sono pan over existing drywall, Installed resilient channel and a layer of 1/2" Sag resistant drywall. Home owner has Air bnb above. And wanted bedrooms downstairs to ve sound proof.

Tranquility office at High Valley in Enderby. I insulated, Installed drywall, taped and finished, primed ceiling and walls, painted ceiling and walls, stained baseboards and trim, Installed flooring. Great little project, that i enjoyed. Thanks again Ray & Laurie

Custom Renovation for a friend in Nanaimo
Furred out and straightened loft ceiling. It was a framing nightmare. But nothing I couldn't handle. After I was done it was beautiful

Did a Custom Renovation for my father last year. Installed ducting, and fan for downstairs bathroom, fireboarded, Installed resilient channel & 5/8" firecode on all ceilings and walls touching upstairs suite, plumbed in new sink upstairs, Installed flooring, Installed baseboards, tape to finish downstairs.

Performed boarding and insulation for Everlasting Home renovations on 31st Vernon.
