I know these numbers are low compared to others but for me,I feel good about 19 blood donations in honour of Ella. I didn’t understand the importance of this before but now I do so now I change my actions and will continue with this change. Ella taught me the importance of helping where you can. Thank you Ella for always challenging me to be better and to do better.

It’s been a bit ruff and Ava surprised me with this lovely little bouquet of hand crocheted flowers she bought from another student at school today. Insert some ugly crying.
