Now that the show has officially begun I wanted to share my piece I submitted for the "Little Bit of Whealism" group exhibit at Studio 6 in the Gore Bay Harbour Centre.

So excited to share that I'll have a piece in the upcoming show : A Little Bit of Whealism" in dedication to talented artist and fantastic mentor, Ivan Wheal. I'll be at the opening reception with my mom who will also be showing. Can't wait to see some familiar faces and meet new ones too!

My little old man supervisor hard at work while I rolled out a third batch of wet felted backgrounds.
Shoulders were just about ready to fall off after this lot but I'm happy to have a stockpile to work with again!

Thanks to my mom for holding onto these masterpieces all these years so I get to share them with you! 😄

Hey everyone! So one of my early testers got back to me about using markers in the book. It's a no go unfortunately. The images aren't single sided so its best to stick with drier mediums like coloured pencil, crayon, or even oil/chalk pastel if you're all adventurous like that. Sorry to all my marker lovin' folks out there. I hope you still enjoy colouring and learning from my book anyways 🥰

Wow look at that stack of books all ready to go out! I've put the ones that will fit in our little mail slot out so they'll be picked up first thing Monday morning and the bigger packs I'll be taking to the post office later in the afternoon.
