🍃 White Tea - unoxidized and left to dry naturally, producing a soft and delicate cup

🍃 Oolong Tea - partially oxidized with much variation, producing a pleasing cup with a complex range of flavours (from floral to toasty)

🍃 Pu-Erh Tea - aged and fermented, the microbial fermentation produces a deep and earthy profile with it's own unique benefits

🍃 Black Tea - fully oxidized as oxygen reacts with the enzymes from the juices of bruised leaves to create a chemical reaction that converts the polyphens into new compounds. This process creates a bold and robust cup.
