Final touches on our freezers with our Red River Ice Cream logo! 🍦❄️
We’re officially launching tomorrow at with more than 10 flavours of creamy pints — all there for you to sample.
We’re also bringing a few flavours of our Red River Ice — our take on classic Italian ice / Philadelphia water ice. Same refreshing, scoopable vibe, but named after the mighty Red River that runs right in front of our home! Light, icy, and full of local pride!

🍦 Big news, everyone!
We’re thrilled to introduce our new brand, Red River Ice Cream to our lineup!

It all started when we got our hands on an amazing, top of the line, hard pack ice cream machine to freeze dry homemade ice cream, but it turned out so good, we just have to serve it fresh and frozen too! 😄

It’s been an incredibly fun (and delicious) adventure learning something new — full of experiments, taste tests, and happy surprises.

We’re still 100% making custom signs with Farmstead Signs — it’s our original passion and we absolutely love creating them!

But this summer, we’re focusing on bringing you homemade ice cream alongside all our freeze-dried goodies every Saturday at St. Norbert Farmers’ Market.
