Backstream Physiotherapy:

Our fun and thriving physiotherapy clinic is looking for someone to work 2 days one week and 3 days the next week on Monday, Thursday and alternating Fridays at the front desk. You must be comfortable and efficient working on the computer and using a scheduling software program (Jane). You must be able to work independently. Prior experience using the Jane app is an asset. Customer service skills are required.

Duties include:

- Taking payment from clients
- Scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
- Doing laundry
- Scanning documents and adding them to clinical records
- Faxing documents
- Billing insurance claims and billing lawyer offices electronically

The ideal candidate would be someone who is dynamic, enjoys people and has great computer skills. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and with the physiotherapists.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
