Visit us at Strong Water Retreat! Porpoise Bay Charters was started by husband and wife team, Kal Helyar & Ann Beardsell, in the spring of 1991.

We operate a year-round guest house and SCUBA diving charter operation. We also feature sightseeing tours April to October. Kal is a licensed captain as well as a SCUBA instructor so you can be assured that your safety and comfort are our number one priority.
