Nutrients to build a healthy immune system:
Zinc - 10 to 25 mg per day
Vitamin C - 2000 mg per day - more when needed
Vitamin D - supplement 3000iu to 7000iu per day (15 minutes of sun during recommended times and exposure suggestions can create up to 25,000iu of Vitamin D)
Essential Fatty Acids - minimum 15,000 mg per day = 1 tbsp
Probiotics - minimum 11 billion from multi spectrum sources once per day
Proteolytic Enzymes - taken on empty stomach up to 3 times per day
Anaerobic Oxygen - if you cant get from natural sources.
Vitamin B complex - 25 mg per day

Build Your Immune System.
1. Bring in the oxygen - many microbes especially viruses cannot life in an oxygen rich environment.
2. Finish your shower with cold water.
Alternating hot and cold water strengthens your immune system.
3. Get to bed early. Allow your body to recharge and complete the internal repair and cleansing cycle.
4. Take probiotics and enzymes.
5. Eat heavier meals early in the day. Finish the day with a light meal.
6. Drink More Water! About 2 litres per day - purified water is best.
7. Eat healthy and add more greens to your diet. I also have supplements to replace servings of vegetables and fruits.
8. UV Light - Sunbathing (ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL IMMUNE SYSTEM FORTIFIERS)
9. Purge the fear - Meditate; Create an energy bubble around your body; ground! You may be fearful of Covid-19 - Did you know that an average of 647,000 die every year in the US from cardiovascular disease?
