A log is a GREAT tool to assist us in many ways in the gym. A log serves many purposes for many different styles of exercise - weightlifting, running, circuits, step count, nutrition, and more.
A workout log keeps you organized, makes your workouts more intentional, it’s better than an app, it’s easily customizable, and it keeps you consistent.
the newest technology doesn’t always mean better. sometimes a pen and paper is what we need to best assist our workout plans!

We’ve been reflecting on a very incredible leader at Miyo Movement. A week ago our very own coach and ambassador competed in her first power lifting competition. It was a moment we all held our breath for, eagerly we watched with humming anticipation and of course - of course we SCREAMED with excitement. We could FEEL that energy and her POWER right thru the live stream. Neebin showed us the breakthrough of the unknown (PR’s FLYING🦅), the true grit it takes to walk in a crowded room, chalk up and own it. She stayed locked in. Took a deep breath. And accepted it as already hers. 🏅 Incredible. She’s carving her own path as a hybrid athlete and leaving a legacy for all of us. We are so incredibly proud of you Neebin!🪶🏹

Dreaming big. It’s such a gift that we get to work with youth. Vision board workshops are more than just arts and crafts. It’s about collecting, visualizing, manifesting, and giving these beautiful young minds something visceral, emotional and motivating to look forward to. 🤍🪶🏹
