Well, I did it… I bought not one, but TWO patterns thinking they were knitting patterns because they were on sale.
After printing them out, I went looking for the yarn and needle information and suddenly realized they’re both crochet patterns! Since I don’t normally crochet, my first reaction was a bit of panic.

But the more I looked at them, the more determined I became. With a little encouragement and help from my friend TL, I’m going to give them a proper try. The funny thing is that the fabric in both patterns looks so much like knitting that I completely missed the fact they were crochet.

The two patterns are the Mint Leaf Top and the Linen Leaf Top, by Lena Fedorova and I really love them. I recently finished the Perfect Tee in crochet and was pleasantly surprised with how well it turned out, so I’m feeling brave enough to tackle these next.
