Athletics taught me more than any program ever could.
Discipline when motivation disappears.
Structure when life gets busy.
Consistency when results are slow.
From figure skating to NPC/CPA competition, it’s never been about shortcuts — it’s been about building something that lasts.

💫 Built on strength, discipline, and performance
This is what I now bring into my coaching.
Not trends.
Not quick fixes.
Just real development.

✨ The version of you you’re becoming is built long before the stage lights ever hit.
Before the tan.
Before the heels.
Before the final look.
It’s built in the quiet routines:
Early mornings.
Hard training sessions.
Posing practice when no one’s watching.
Choosing discipline over excuses — again and again. 💎
Figure skating gave me my foundation:
❄️ Precision
❄️ Resilience
❄️ Work ethic
❄️ Performing under pressure
Now those same qualities carry into my journey as a natural bikini athlete. 🌿
This sport has never been just about physiques for me.
It’s about growth.
Becoming stronger mentally and physically.
Learning what your body is capable of when you commit fully to the process.
25+ years as an athlete, and I’m still evolving. ✨
Strong. Feminine. Disciplined. Natural.

From the ice rink to the stage ✨
Figure skating taught me discipline, precision, and resilience — and now those same qualities fuel my journey as a natural bikini athlete. 🌿
This sport isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s about consistency, mindset, and showing up even on the hard days.
25+ years as an athlete, and I’m still evolving, learning, and pushing my limits. 💫
Every workout, every posing session, every early morning adds up.
Strong. Feminine. Disciplined. Natural.

People think discipline is what gets an athlete to stage shape.
But discipline without structure is just burnout with better branding.
The physiques that actually last are built through phases most people never respect:
• growth phases that don’t look “lean” enough for social media
• recovery phases where progress is happening internally
• rebuilding after setbacks instead of forcing shortcuts
• repeating the basics long after the excitement wears off
Anyone can push hard for a few weeks.
Very few can stay consistent long enough to build a physique with real maturity.
That’s the difference between chasing a look and developing as an athlete.
The stage is only a reflection of the work.
Not the work itself.
Real physique development happens in the months nobody applauds:
the early mornings, the repeated meals, the training sessions that felt average but still mattered.
Because the athletes who improve year after year usually aren’t doing extreme things.
They’re doing the right things consistently for a very long time.
🌿 Bikini is less about perfection.
More about patience, precision, and refinement over time.

Most people see the stage version of an athlete and think it happened in the final 12–16 weeks.
That’s not how it works.
What you don’t see is the years of repetition that built the base:
• training when it wasn’t motivating
• eating with structure when nobody was watching
• learning how to push without burning out
• rebuilding phases most people would quit in
Being a bikini athlete isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things long enough for them to actually work.
I used to think progress meant pushing harder every week.
Now I understand it’s about knowing when to build, when to tighten, and when to recover.
That’s where real physique development happens.
Not in chaos.
In structure.
In phases.
In discipline you don’t post about.
If you’re building a physique, not just chasing one, you have to respect the process it takes to actually earn it.
🌿 Bikini isn’t a quick transformation.
It’s a long-term commitment to refinement.

Still building. Still learning. đź’«
From the ice to the bikini stage, this journey has been all about adaptation—mentally and physically. Every phase teaches me something new, and right now I’m focused on refining with intention: glute-ham development, bringing balance to my upper body, and really learning how my body responds.
No coach yet, no strict timeline—just consistent work, patience, and showing up no matter what.
Some days feel locked in. Others feel like trial and error. But that’s where real progress is made.
I’m not rushing this. I’m building something that lasts. 🌿

Since shifting from the ice to the bikini stage, every phase has been about adaptation—mentally and physically. I’m continuing to refine my physique with intention, focusing on glute-ham development, upper body balance, and truly understanding how my body responds in this sport.
No coach yet, no rush into a specific timeline—just consistent work, growth, and showing up for the process.
Some days feel dialed in, others feel like trial and error. But that’s exactly where progress happens.
Building something that lasts takes time. 🌿

From the ice to the stage ❄️➡️✨
I spent 13 years as a figure skater (ages 4–17), building strength, discipline, and a foundation that was very glute & quad dominant. Fast forward to now—stepping into the world of natural bikini bodybuilding, where the focus shifts to glutes, hamstrings, and a balanced, toned upper body.
It’s been a learning curve adjusting my training, finding that mind-muscle connection in new ways, and reshaping what “strength” looks like for me. But at the same time, I’m realizing how much my skating background still carries over—work ethic, consistency, and the ability to push through the uncomfortable.
Right now, I’m in between a growth phase and a prep phase… figuring it out as I go. I have a few shows in mind here in Canada, but no coach yet—and honestly, I’m okay with that. This season is about learning my body, building my foundation, and growing into the athlete I want to become.
If I hit the stage this year, amazing. If not, that’s okay too. This journey isn’t rushed.
We’re building something that lasts. 💫

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work.
Every early morning, every late night, every rep when no one’s watching—it all adds up. Progress isn’t loud, but it’s always happening.
Stay locked in. Stay disciplined. The results will speak.

From figure skates to stage presence.
I didn’t leave discipline behind — I just changed arenas.
Years of figure skating built my foundation: precision, control, and a relentless work ethic. Now I bring that same mindset into bikini bodybuilding.
Off-season right now, but the approach doesn’t change:
build with intention
train with purpose
stay patient with the process

Not quite off-season. Not prep either.
This is the in-between —
where the real work happens.
No stage lean look.
No immediate deadline.
Just discipline… without validation.
Building, refining, tightening the details that no one else sees yet.
Because when prep starts, it’s not about starting — it’s about revealing.
9+ years in, and I still choose the long game. 🌿
