Did you know Saskatchewan has been experimenting with stocking new streams and new species in streams? Saskatchewan has the only stocked Tiger Trout streams in Canada and the recently added waters and Tigers seem to be doing well despite the hot and dry conditions seen the last few years. These little guys are a blast on the fly rod! Join our clubs to learn more about fly fishing in Saskatchewan and please remember to utilize the Ministry Of Environments Saskatchewan Stocked Trout Survey on the Survey 123 app

Big thank you to for speaking at the annual 2025 Saskatchewan Fly Fishing Jamboree on Saturday! We learned a wealth of information about steelhead, the beautiful rivers they live in, how to fly fish for them, and how to tie some (hopefully) effective flies. We greatly appreciate all those that helped put on the event and all those that attended. We also had a fishing story-filled social after at Zervos Tavern with an excellent meal. If you have any suggestions on anyone you’d like to see present on fly fishing next year, please tag them in the comments!
