Beautiful morning for a convocation!

Today, we're celebrating our very own Dev on earning his Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.

While we're incredibly proud of this academic achievement, anyone who knows Dev knows that what stands out most is who he is as a person. He is always willing to lend a hand, share his knowledge, and support those around him with patience and kindness. His positive attitude and genuine care for others make him a valued member of the Morris Interactive team.

Did you know the MI Learning Centre isn’t always filled with our own facilitated workshops?

This week, 72 people used the space for workplace training and development.

One is Canadian, the other is American. Both passionate about supporting the younger generations in the workplace.

If you've met Lester, you know he loves a good conversation. As Principal Consultant, LINK Business Services he has spent years helping organizations grow through people, partnerships, and practical strategy. He works closely with clients across Career Transformation, HR, and LINK Business Services, supporting projects in Indigenous communities, Mining, and workforce development. He brings a people-first approach grounded in experience, trust, and results. Outside of work, he’s known for his accomplishments in hockey, his love for oldtimer games and golf, and spending time with his family.

As Principal Consultant, Facilitation and Training Jake brings global leadership experience, academic insight, and the kind of energy that keeps a room engaged from start to finish. He helps leaders and teams strengthen how they work together through strategy, coaching, training, and organizational development. He’s also published books on leadership, workplace culture, and generational trends, bringing research and real-world experience together in a way that keeps conversations practical and engaging. Jake has a way of making people think differently while keeping conversations practical and approachable.
