π Adoption Update! π
It was a fantastic week at the Saskatoon SPCA!
This past week, 28 animals found loving homes, including 23 cats and 5 dogs. πΎβ€οΈ
Every adoption is a second chance. It means a safe place to sleep, a family to love them, and a brighter future ahead. We are so grateful to the adopters who welcomed these animals into their lives and to the donors, volunteers, foster families, and supporters who help make these happy endings possible.
Because of your support, more animals are getting the fresh starts they deserve.
Thank you for being part of our community and helping change lives, one adoption at a time. π‘π±πΆ

πΎ Lucky Update πΎ
We have some good news to share!
Lucky has officially been released from the hospital and has moved into a medically savvy foster home, where he will continue his recovery under close supervision.
While we're thrilled that he is well enough to leave the hospital, Lucky still has a long road ahead. He is recovering from six broken ribs and lung contusions, and he will require strict crate rest, ongoing monitoring, pain management, and additional veterinary care as he heals.
Right now, Lucky is on several medications to keep him comfortable and help him rest while his body recovers. He spends a lot of time sleepy, which is exactly what he needs. But in the moments between naps, we're starting to see his personality shine through.
His foster family reports that he's already enjoying visits with his foster brothers through the crate bars. Apparently, he'd really like to chomp their noses... if only they would come a little closer. π
These little glimpses of puppy mischief remind us that beneath all those injuries is a young dog who still has so much life ahead of him.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has donated, shared his story, and sent well wishes. Your support has made it possible for Lucky to receive the care he needs.
As Lucky continues his recovery, his veterinary expenses continue to grow. If you would like to help support Lucky's ongoing care, please consider making a donation here:
π http://weblink.donorperfect.com/lucky
And if you're unable to donate, sharing Lucky's story is another wonderful way to help.
Thank you for standing with Lucky. We can't wait to keep you updated on this brave little puppy's journey. β€οΈ
