NEW STAFF MEMBER ALERT🚨
We are excited to let you know that we have added a new staff member to our team!! Lizzie Rowan will be joining us as our new Director of Ministry Operations.

In this new role, Lizzie will be working closely with our pastoral team to help optimize the operational systems and processes for our ministries. Lizzie brings a wealth of ministry and administrative experience to our team, having previously served in church and camp ministries.

One of the best parts about this news - Lizzie isn’t new to Lakeview! She’s an active member of our church who volunteers with Lakeview Youth and is part of a Home Church. We are so blessed to have this capable leader already serving among us.

Lizzie officially starts in her role on August 4th, but feel free to congratulate her when you see her on Sunday!

Lakeview Kids is bringing camp into the city! Each day will be filled with 4 activity blocks, chapel, an offsite event, wide game and ending off the day with a campfire. Drop off and pick-up will be at Lakeview from 9-9:15AM

Off-site Activites:
July 14 - Mini Golf @ Putt 'N' Bounce
July 28 - Clip and Climb
August 28 - Swimming @ Shaw centre

Cost - $50/day

Please bring a packed lunch and money if you wish to purchase a treat from the tuck shop.

ATHLETES IN ACTION SPORTS CAMP
August 4-7 // 9AM-3PM

Lakeview Church is excited to once again be partnering with Athletes in Action to run a Sports Fundamentals Camp!

Each day, kids will learn new athletic skills, build friendships, and grow in confidence in a fun and encouraging Christian environment. Throughout the week, coaches will share their personal testimonies and talk about how Jesus has impacted their lives both on and off the field. We are excited to create a space where kids can have fun, be encouraged, and discover more about who God created them to be!

CELEBRATION SUNDAY

Join us as we celebrate all that God has done in and through Lakeview this past year! Together we'll share inspiring stories, worship, and celebrate as members of our church family take the next step in their faith through baptism.

The celebration doesn't end when the service is over! Stick around for lunch, great conversation, and plenty of fun for the whole family. It's going to be a day filled with joy, community, and gratitude—we'd love for you to be part of it!

Each year on the 1st Sunday of June we throw a big party to celebrate all that God has done in and through Lakeview Church over the past year.

We are looking for volunteers to help make this a memorable occasion in a variety of ways and time slots.

There are many ways to help out:

• Photography
• Setup Tables & Chairs
• Tear down Tables & Chairs
• Emptying Garbages
• Help run kid's games

YOUTH YEAR ENDER

All good things must come to an end. We are joining together one last time for Youth this 2025-26 season. Come join us for some supper and some hangs as we close out the year, reflecting on all the good things that have happened. Supper will be provided!
