Tomorrow, September 30, is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
At Lead, we acknowledge that we live, work and gather on Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional and ongoing homeland of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dene, Dakota, Lakota and Nakota peoples, and the homeland of the Métis.
We honour the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.
We recognize that reconciliation requires ongoing learning, listening and action.
Lead Pilates and Lead Integrated Health will be open tomorrow with classes and appointments running as scheduled. We invite our community to take time to reflect, learn, listen and move your bodies to integrate.

Your body has a way of telling you what it needs. You just have to listen. 🤍
Here are 7 signs it might be time to integrate Pilates into your routine:
✨ You feel stiff after sitting
✨ Your posture could use some attention
✨ You’re feeling weaker or less stable
✨ You’re dealing with recurring aches and tension
✨ Your balance isn’t what it used to be
✨ You want to move with more ease
✨ You’re ready to feel stronger in your everyday life
Pilates isn’t about pushing your body harder - it’s about building strength, control and awareness so you can move through life feeling more capable.
And you don’t need to be flexible, strong or “in shape” to start.
Ready to see what Pilates can do for you? Our $99 Intro Offer gives you one month of unlimited classes to find the classes and level that feel right for your body. 🔗 in bio

It’s true!
While most of our 110+ classes a week are Pilates based, we do have yoga classes that still focus on mobility and alignment in addition to fascial release and more.
ALIGNMENT YOGA
Designed to help you reconnect with your body and build a foundation for healthy, comfortable movement on and off the mat. We’ll use slow, mindful exercises, breath and supportive props to increase body awareness and mobility as we release tension.
Think of it as a little like self-massage and self-alignment—similar in concept to a chiropractic adjustment, but with you in control—combined with gentle strengthening to help keep those changes in place longer. Supportive props and precise movements help create space in the body, release deep-held tension, and restore healthier movement patterns, while slow breathing and mindful awareness encourage the nervous system to settle into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state.
LOWER BODY RELEASE YOGA
A grounding class focused on releasing tension throughout the lower body. Using a variety of props, myofascial release techniques, and mindful movement, we’ll target areas of restriction, improve mobility, and restore freedom and balance in the body. Perfect for complementing your Pilates practice, improving mobility, and releasing stress and tension held in your foundation.
UPPER BODY RELEASE YOGA
A therapeutic class designed to address tension patterns and restore mobility throughout the upper body. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and myofascial release techniques, we’ll release postural tension, improve mobility, and support greater ease and awareness in the body. Designed to encourage healthier movement patterns and relieve the effects of stress, stiffness, and daily posture.
UNWIND & RESTORE YOGA
A calming, full-body practice designed to release tension and support mobility through gentle movement, stretching, and myofascial release techniques. This class invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore balance through mindful movement and breath.

✨ Not sure where you fit? That’s exactly what we’re here for. Send us a message or ask our team - we’ll help you find the right starting point.
And remember: starting at the right level isn’t about where you “should” be. It’s about where your body is today.
* Many members do the same level of classes for years and go up and down depending on how their body is feeling and what it’s needing. That’s the great thing about Pilates - the more skilled at it you are, the more you can get a great workout in even the most Foundational class.
We choose Pilates.
