Last Monday EVP President Dan Hannett taught proper welding technique to all interested undergraduates. We will continue this coming Monday at 3pm with a workshop on EVP's CNC plasma cutter in the RNDC in the Machine Shop. Hope everyone is having a great holiday and looking forward to finishing this semester strong.

Toyota Racing Development (TRD) Senior Software Engineer and MTSU alumni, T Michael Smith spoke at the MTSU ACM chapter meeting about several apps his team works on to improve vehicle performance. One app mentioned adjusts the chassis height while the vehicle is in operation, similar to our solar boat’s addressable hardware which is continually dialed in with the boat out on the water to optimize vehicle performance.
